Sales Support Executive

Sales Cordinator Female :

• Manage and respond to all sales enquiries received via email, CRM, and other platforms.

• Prepare and submit accurate quotations in coordination with the sales and pricing team.

• Regularly follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

• Maintain and update customer records, enquiry status, and order details in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, logistics, and warehouse) to ensure smooth order processing.

• Assist in procurement by sourcing products from vendors as per order requirements.

• Obtain vendor quotations, negotiate prices when required, and ensure timely purchasing.

• Track order status from confirmation to delivery and update clients accordingly.

• Prepare sales reports, pending enquiry reports, and order status reports for management.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.

• Handle customer complaints or issues related to orders and coordinate for resolution.

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.

• Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
