Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, buildrelationshipswith customers, promote companyproducts or services, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customerst and generate new leads.
• Explain projects to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and followup on leads.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and preparesales reports.
• Coordinate with the sales teamand management.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong negotiation andcustomer-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel andCRM software is an advantage.
• Confidence, a positive attitude, anda target-oriented mindset.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Answer incoming customer callsand inquiries.
• Explain products, services, offers,and company information.
• Generate leads and schedule appointmentsfor the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain daily call records and updatecustomer information.
• Achieve daily calling targets andlead-generation goals.
• Handle customer objections professionallyand politely.
