Role Overview

We are looking for a Female Inside Sales & Business Development Executive with an MBA/PGDM in Marketing to handle lead generation, customer calls, Meta leads, GeM portal activities, sales follow-ups, and sales coordination from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on Meta/Facebook leads and other digital enquiries.
• Handle the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal for identifying relevant business opportunities, monitoring enquiries/tenders, checking product/category requirements, coordinating for quotation/bid submission, and tracking the status of GeM opportunities.
• Search and identify potential government and institutional business opportunities through GeM.
• Generate new leads through calling, online platforms, GeM, and other business sources.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and understand their requirements.
• Handle incoming customer calls and provide basic product information.
• Maintain and regularly update lead, enquiry, GeM opportunity, and follow-up data in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Estimation teams for enquiries, quotations, product details, and client requirements.
• Follow up with prospects and clients regularly to move leads towards conversion.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, quotations, and other sales activities.
• Track leads and opportunities from initial enquiry to further sales conversion.
• Prepare daily/weekly lead generation, calling, GeM, and sales follow-up reports.
• Support the Sales team in achieving business targets through effective lead management and coordination.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing – Preferred/Required
• Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Telecalling, Sales Coordination, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional while communicating with clients.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and follow-up processes.
• Ability to understand and work on GeM Portal is an advantage.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable with 100% office-based work.

100% Office-Based Role

The role will primarily involve GeM Portal handling, Meta leads, lead generation, calling, customer follow-ups, sales coordination, quotation coordination, data management, and reporting.

Salary (Monthly): - 25,000 to 35,000(base upon interview and skiils)
