Job Description

  1. Attend customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
  2. Explain Mahindra EV, PV and CV vehicle features, specifications and benefits.
  3. Generate leads through walk-ins, phone calls and other sources.
  4. Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  5. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
  6. Explain vehicle pricing, finance options, insurance and exchange offers.
  7. Achieve monthly sales targets.
  8. Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Coordinate with the finance, insurance and delivery teams.
  10. Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-up records.
