Job Title: Restaurant Staff

Shift: Rotational (24*7)

Job Summary:

We are looking for friendly, hardworking, and customer-oriented Restaurant Staff to manage daily restaurant operations and provide excellent service to customers. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with seating.
• Take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Prepare tables before and after customer visits.
• Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Support daily restaurant operations as required.

Requirements and Skills:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly attitude and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy hours.
• Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene practices.
• Punctual, honest, and responsible.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
