## Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence in the Bandra and Vasai regions. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in real estate sales and a proven history of closing deals.

## Key Responsibilities

* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.

* Pitch real estate projects to potential buyers and conduct site visits.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors.

* Negotiate prices, handle paperwork, and close sales deals effectively.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

## Requirements

* Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience strictly in Real Estate Sales.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

* Target-driven mindset with a highly aggressive approach to sales.

* Ability to manage clients independently from sourcing to closure.
