Job Description
Sales Head – Health & Fitness Club
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Head to lead the sales function, drive membership revenue, manage the sales team, and build strong relationships with premium and HNI clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for memberships, personal training, nutrition, and other club services.
- Handle high-value leads and key client relationships.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, renewals, and upselling.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and track individual team performance.
- Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team to improve conversion and closing ratios.
- Develop corporate, referral, and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure a premium and professional client experience throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with Operations, Trainers, and Nutritionists for smooth client onboarding.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to increase revenue and membership retention.
