Property Sales Executive

We are looking for a Property Sales Executive who understands the Mumbai real estate market and is comfortable working on the ground with property owners, societies, building staff, and prospective customers.

This is a target-driven, field-focused sales role with strong earning potential through incentives. The ideal candidate will already have a network within Mumbai's residential rental or resale market and know how to build business through relationships and on-ground sourcing.

What You’ll Do

• Source residential rental and resale properties across Mumbai through field visits and existing networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, society members, building managers, watchmen and brokers.
• Generate property listings and ensure accurate property information, pricing and availability.
• Identify potential buyers/tenants and understand their property requirements.
• Coordinate property visits and facilitate negotiations between customers and owners.
• Follow up with leads, prospects and property owners to drive closures.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales/rental process.
• Achieve monthly property sourcing, lead generation and closure targets.
• Develop new on-ground channels for acquiring properties and customers.
• Keep track of market trends, rental values, resale prices and competing properties in assigned locations.
• Update daily activity, leads, property visits and closures in the company's CRM/Excel tracker.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior field experience in Mumbai residential rentals or property resale.
• Existing relationships with property owners, housing societies, building staff or local real estate networks.
• Strong knowledge of Mumbai's residential property market.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and meeting people on-ground.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly target-oriented and motivated by sales incentives and performance-based earnings.
• Ability to independently source leads and convert opportunities into closures.
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales, rentals, brokerage or property sourcing preferred.
