Job Description
Job Title: Payment Recovery Executive (Accounts & Collections)
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable Payment Recovery Executive to maintain our books of accounts and follow up on pending payments from clients via calls and emails.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain books of accounts and track outstanding payments
· Follow up with clients via calls/emails for payment collection
· Reconcile payments against invoices
· Coordinate with sales team on payment issues
· Report on collection status and overdue accounts
Requirements:
· B.Com or equivalent (freshers with good communication may apply)
· Basic Tally/Excel knowledge
· Good communication (English, Hindi, Marathi)
· Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
