Position : Recruitment Consultant – BPO / Customer Service Hiring

Job Location : Manisha Corporate Park -Mulund

Working Days 5.5 Days Working

• Monday to Friday – Full Day
• Saturday – Working
• Sunday – Fixed Off

Working Hours 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Customer Service requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening and understand candidate suitability for the available requirements.
• Explain job profiles, salary, location, shift timings, and other relevant details to candidates.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive candidates towards selection, documentation, and joining.
• Handle bulk hiring targets and ensure consistent candidate closures.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates to minimize dropouts and ensure joining.
• Achieve individual recruitment targets and contribute towards overall team targets.
• Work closely with the recruitment team and leadership to meet urgent hiring requirements.
