Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, fleet management, rider coordination, and field activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational execution, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams and ground staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily vehicle deployment, allocation, and operational activities.
• Monitor vehicle availability, deployment, maintenance, and downtime.
• Coordinate with riders, service engineers, recovery teams, and other operational teams.
• Track vehicle and rider status and ensure timely updates in the system.
• Follow up on vehicle repairs, service requirements, spare parts, and vehicle readiness.
• Monitor rider attendance, onboarding, allocation, and operational requirements.
• Maintain daily MIS reports, Google Sheets, Excel trackers, and operational records.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Coordinate vehicle recovery and follow up on recovery-related cases.
• Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and operational processes.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure vehicles are ready and deployed on time.
• Support inventory and spare-parts tracking when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share updates with management.
• Handle other operational tasks and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, last-mile delivery, or a similar field.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with field teams and ground operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates with experience in EV fleet, vehicle rental, logistics, or last-mile operations will be preferred.

Location: Goregaon Ram Mandir Mumbai

Preferred Candidate: Candidates who can easily commute to the operational hub/location will be preferred.
