Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve waffles, shakes, beverages and desserts as per company standards.
* Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
* Handle billing and basic cash/POS operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
* Assist with food preparation, packing and presentation.
* Manage customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Follow company recipes, procedures and food-safety standards.
* Work as part of a team and support daily outlet operations.
