Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to help keep our office running smoothly.
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Prepare and arrange meeting rooms before meetings.
- Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment and report any issues.
- Handle photocopying, filing, and document management.
- Deliver and collect documents, materials, and packages from various locations.
- Ensure timely completion of all delivery and collection assignments.
- Support office staff with day-to-day operational requirements.
