Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Communication: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and sort incoming or outgoing mail, email, and packages.


Front Desk: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors as they arrive.


Organization: Maintain digital and physical filing systems, update databases, and perform data entry.


Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, book meeting rooms, and schedule appointments


Administrative Support: Prepare basic reports, handle light bookkeeping, and assist different departments with projects
