Urgent opening with one of our Gov Client for Office Assistant.


Role and Responsibility:


Below are the JD for my position

 

  1. Handling the attendance of All Contractual Employees.
  2. Onboarding the new CW in CLMS Portal.
  3. Handing the queries of CW
  4. Preparing the NOC Letter
  5. Hand on MS Office
  6. Clerical support to the employees
  7. Take care of CW and Apprentices
  8. Preparing the MIS Report
  9. Giving the input to Payroll team for payroll processing for CW
  10. Giving support to Recruitment team for new requirement.
