Marketing Executive – Diagnostic LaboratoryJob Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and corporate clients.
• Promote laboratory services, diagnostic tests, health packages, and home collection services.
• Generate new B2B business and increase sample referrals.
• Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Explain test profiles, packages, pricing, TAT, and laboratory services to clients.
• Follow up with existing clients and identify opportunities for increasing business.
• Achieve monthly business and collection targets.
• Coordinate with the laboratory and collection teams for smooth sample pickup and processing.
• Maintain records of client visits, leads, referrals, and business generated.
• Handle client queries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Conduct health camps and promotional activities when required.
• Assist in WhatsApp, digital marketing, social media, and other promotional campaigns.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market activities.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of pathology/diagnostic laboratory services preferred.
• Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and digital marketing.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in diagnostic laboratory, healthcare, pharma, or medical sales.
