Maintenance Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Executive to manage day-to-day maintenance across our Mumbai outlets. You will be the main point of contact for maintenance complaints, coordinating with outlet teams, vendors and management to keep every outlet running smoothly with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, log and track maintenance complaints from outlets, with proper documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen equipment
• Coordinate with external vendors and technicians, and follow up until the issue is closed
• Update the concerned teams promptly once an issue is resolved
• Plan and follow preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and equipment servicing
• Conduct regular outlet inspections to spot potential issues early
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple outlets
• Maintain service records, vendor details and complaint closure reports

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance operations
• Experience in F&B, QSR, caf or hospitality is preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment
• Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment servicing
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
• Good follow-up skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable travelling between outlets within Mumbai
• Diploma / ITI / Graduation in Electrical, Mechanical or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
