Coffee Machine Technician

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Coffee Machine Service Technician for installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of commercial coffee machines.

Required Machine Knowledge:

1. Fully Automatic Coffee Machines
2. Semi-Automatic Espresso Coffee Machines
3. Coffee Vending Machines
4. Bean-to-Cup Coffee Machines
5. Instant Coffee Vending Machines
6. Commercial Espresso Machines

Technical Skills Required:

• Complete knowledge of coffee machine components and working principles.
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting.
• PCB checking and basic repairing.
• Water pump, boiler and heating element testing.
• Solenoid valve, flow meter and sensor testing.
• Grinder motor and mixer motor troubleshooting.
• Water leakage and pressure-related fault diagnosis.
• Coffee brewing system and espresso extraction knowledge.
• Grinder calibration and burr replacement.
• Milk frother and steam wand maintenance.
• Water filtration and softener systems.
• Descaling and preventive maintenance.
• Electrical wiring and circuit diagram reading.
• Multimeter operation and testing.
• Error code identification and troubleshooting.
• Machine installation, commissioning and programming.
• Customer site visits and technical support.
