• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates for overseas job vacancies.
• Handle recruitment for Gulf, Middle East, Jordan, Egypt, Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE and other international markets.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding job requirements, interviews, documentation and deployment.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Maintain candidate databases, CVs and recruitment records.
• Coordinate online and in-person interviews with overseas clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding medical, visa, emigration and travel processes.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and overseas clients.
• Prepare and share candidate CVs and recruitment updates with clients.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and support the overall recruitment team.
• Handle WhatsApp, phone calls and email communication with candidates and clients.
• 🔹 RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Email and WhatsApp.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Experience in overseas manpower recruitment will be an advantage.
