About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and people-focused *HR Generalist* to manage day-to-day HR operations while helping us build a positive, connected workplace culture. The role covers recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, training, performance coordination, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee exits.

* Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, policies, and documentation.

* Coordinate payroll inputs and resolve employee HR queries.

* Plan employee engagement activities, festivals, celebrations, and office events.

* Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives.

* Organize soft-skills, spoken English, AI, and other training programs.

* Support vendor coordination and general office administration.

* Work closely with management and employees to maintain a positive workplace culture.

* MS Excel, MS Office, Google Workspace & HRMS/ATS

* Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills

Candidate Profile

* Experience:* 2–5 years in HR Generalist / HR Operations

* Education: Bachelor's Degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

* Proactive, responsible and comfortable taking ownership

* Able to handle HR as well as additional office coordination work

* Gujarati language is mandatory

* Good communication in English and Hindi

* Candidates currently based in Mumbai are preferred
