Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a BPO, call centre, or fast-paced service organisation.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented and organised HR & Administration professional to manage the day-to-day HR and administrative functions of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee discipline and engagement, managing attendance and leave, coordinating employee welfare initiatives, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring smooth administration of the workplace.
The role requires someone who can build strong relationships with employees while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality and organisational discipline.

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Management & Engagement
* Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns and workplace matters.
* Maintain a positive and professional relationship with employees across departments.
* Identify employee concerns and coordinate with management for appropriate resolution.
* Monitor employee morale, engagement and workplace satisfaction.
* Conduct regular employee interaction and feedback sessions.
* Assist management in addressing employee grievances and interpersonal issues.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
* Monitor daily employee attendance, login/logout records and punctuality.
* Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
* Coordinate with Team Leaders and Department Heads regarding attendance irregularities.
* Track late coming, absenteeism and unauthorised leave on our application.
* Prepare attendance reports for management and payroll processing.
* Ensure adherence to the company's attendance and leave policies.
3. Employee Welfare & Activities
* Plan and coordinate employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
* Organise festivals, celebrations, team-building activities, employee recognition programmes and other internal events.
* Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
* Coordinate employee birthday, work anniversary and recognition activities.
* Gather employee feedback and suggest initiatives to improve the overall employee experience.
4. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
* Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment teams for manpower requirements.
* Support the recruitment process, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
* Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
* Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
5. HR Operations & Documentation
* Maintain employee databases and HR records.
* Ensure employee documents and records are complete and up to date.
* Prepare HR reports as required.
* Assist with confirmation, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions and exits.
* Coordinate employee exit formalities and maintain proper exit documentation.
* Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated effectively to employees.
6. Administration
* Oversee day-to-day office administration and workplace requirements.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers wherever required.
* Monitor office infrastructure, housekeeping, stationery and other administrative requirements.
* Ensure the workplace remains organised, functional and employee-friendly.
* Coordinate with management for office-related requirements and improvements.
7. Employee Discipline & Policy Implementation
* Ensure employees understand and follow organisational policies and procedures.
* Monitor adherence to attendance, punctuality, workplace conduct and other company policies.
* Escalate repeated violations or serious concerns to senior management.
* Maintain appropriate documentation for disciplinary matters.
* Support management in creating a professional, accountable and respectful workplace culture.
