Job Description

Swadesh Mobile Private Limited is looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development and be comfortable working on complete web applications.


Key Responsibilties

  • Develop, maintain, and improve web applications.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and server-side applications.
  • Work with databases and ensure efficient data management.
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues and application bugs.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.
  • Test applications and ensure performance, security, and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.


Required Skils

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Full Stack / Web Development.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with any modern frontend framework such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, PHP, or similar.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.


Preferred candidates

  • Candidates who have worked on real-world web projects.
  • Candidates with knowledge of both frontend and backend development.
  • Candidates who can take ownership of tasks and complete them efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.


Salary:- ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month Salary will be decided based on the candidate's skills, experience, technical knowledge, and interview performance.
