Job Description
Own end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirement gathering, development, launch, and optimization • Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals • Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and operations teams • Drive digital product initiatives such as lending platforms, payments, onboarding, or financial services apps • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (RBI guidelines, KYC, AML, etc.) • Create PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria • Monitor product performance using KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue • Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market strategies • Continuously improve user experience based on data insights and feedback
