Job Description
- Guest Service: Greet guests, assist with seating, present menus, and take orders .
- Team Supervision: Assign tasks to junior servers, check grooming standards, and conduct pre-shift briefings .
- Order Coordination: Act as the primary link to the kitchen, ensuring accurate timing and proper food presentation .
- Billing & Payments: Oversee point-of-sale entries and verify accurate transaction settlements .
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of food and beverage service experience, including previous experience in a captain or supervisory role .
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and familiarity with POS systems
