Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests warmly, provide accurate wait times, and escort patrons to their tables.
  • Reservation Management: Handle phone calls, online bookings, and maintain an organized waitlist.
  • Floor Coordination: Balance table rotation evenly among servers and communicate special needs or large parties to the kitchen and waitstaff.
  • Environment Maintenance: Keep the entrance and host stand clean, and tidy tables between seatings if needed.
