Job Description
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking,
- Promote residential real estate projects and explain property details to prospective customers.
- Identify potential buyers and understand their budget, location preferences, and property requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits for interested customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
- Provide accurate information regarding project specifications, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Coordinate with the telecalling, pre-sales, and closing teams to convert leads into successful bookings.
- Maintain daily reports of leads generated, customer meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Ensure professional customer service and ethical sales practices at all times.
