Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our jewellery brand. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, recommending suitable jewellery products, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and selling skills, a keen eye for product presentation, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand's jewellery collections, materials, designs, and pricing.
  • Understand product specifications, including gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, or fashion jewellery, as applicable.
  • Stay updated on new launches, seasonal collections, promotions, and market trends.
  • Communicate product value and brand positioning effectively to customers.
