Job Description
HVAC DRAUGHTSMAN – 2D & 3D
Salary is as per candidate: Depend on Interview
Role Objective: Responsible for preparation and modification of HVAC/MEP drawings for design coordination and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed 2D HVAC shop drawings, layouts and installation drawings.
• Prepare 3D HVAC/MEP coordination models and drawings as required.
• Develop ducting layouts, chilled-water piping layouts, equipment layouts, sections, details and supports.
• Prepare drawings for AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, duct routes, piping and associated HVAC equipment.
• Incorporate consultant/client comments and issue revised drawings within project timelines.
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, structural and architectural drawings.
• Support preparation of coordinated shop drawings for site execution and as-built drawings.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision control and document standards.
Qualification & Experience
• Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification with strong drafting experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP / Navisworks / BIM is an advantage.
• Experience in HVAC/MEP drafting and shop drawings preferred.
