Position: Telecaller
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on interview performance and experience
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Powai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to speak confidently with customers over the phone.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and explain products/services.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful outcomes.
- RequirementsGood verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Freshers are welcome; relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
