Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. To draft and take printouts of agreements, demand letters and any other communication etc.
2. To follow up with banks for loan sanction and disbursement.
3. To communicate with customers for payments, loan documents, registration, grievances.
4. To prepare receipts of all payments from customer.
5. To note all special requirements of the customer and follow it up with construction team.
6. CRM related files, documents and data organisation & digitalization.
7. Communication skills
Key Skills Required
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and documentation.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer records and handle grievances professionally.
• Experience in real estate customer relations, banking coordination, or CRM will be preferred.
