Job Description
Hiring for Customer Relationship Manager
- Postpaid SIM Sales Promote and sell Vi Postpaid SIM cards and postpaid plans to new and existing customers.
- Approach potential customers and explain available postpaid plans, benefits, offers, and services.
- Generate leads through field visits, customer references, and local market activities.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with SIM activation, KYC, plan selection, and onboarding.
- Handle customer queries related to postpaid plans, billing, upgrades, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and complete the sales process.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer details.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth activation and customer onboarding.
Requirements:
✔ Good communication and convincing skills
✔ Sales/customer-handling experience preferred
✔ Comfortable with field sales and customer visits
✔ Smartphone/basic computer knowledge
✔ Local market knowledge preferred
