Job Description

Job Title: Customer support




Location: Malad, Mumbai


Salary: Up to ₹27,000 CTC per month


Qualification: HSC / Graduate


Shift: Rotational Day Shift


Weekly Off: Rotational


Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred


Job Responsibilities:


Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.

Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.

Convert leads into prospective customers.

Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Maintain proper customer records and follow-up details.

Required Skills:
