Job Description
Hiring: Central Backend Operations Team (3–4 People)
We’re looking for 3–4 people to work from one central office and act as the eyes and ears of our entire salon network.
The team will monitor salon operations through CCTV, manage appointments and advance bookings, handle customer messages/calls, track billing and revenue leakages, monitor staff and customer service, coordinate with salon managers, identify operational problems, and spot trends or issues before they become bigger problems.
The goal is to ensure that every salon follows the same standards and works like one machine—whether we have 50, 500, 5,000, or 5,200+ outlets.
We’re looking for people who are observant, responsible, proactive, analytical, and capable of identifying problems and taking action—not just watching screens.
