Job Description

• Customer Service: Welcome every guest warmly, answer menu and ingredient questions, and offer recommendations or daily specials.

• Order Processing: Accurately enter food and drink orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system and relay special dietary requests to the kitchen or barista bar.

• Billing & Payments: Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and digital/online wallet payments, ensuring accurate cash counting and drawer reconciliation at shift changes.

• Upselling: Suggest add-ons like pastries, upsized drinks, or promotional items to increase average transaction values.

• Station Upkeep: Keep the front counter, display cases, and condiment/napkin station clean, organized, and restocked throughout the shift.

• Complaint Resolution: Handle customer feedback or order corrections politely, escalating complex issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
