Job Description – Client Relationship Manager
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Handle regular client follow-ups and ensure timely responses.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Track client interactions, follow-ups, and pending requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and reports.
- Use Excel to prepare and maintain regular reports.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Relationship Management or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
