Business Development & Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive – Steel Industry

We are looking for a smart, confident and highly result-oriented Sales Executive with good knowledge of the steel industry and products such as Pipes, Tubes, Sheets, Plates, Pipe Fittings, Flanges, Bars and Structural Steel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

- Cold calling, WhatsApp marketing and email follow-ups.

- Understand customer requirements and generate enquiries.

- Prepare/follow up quotations and negotiate to close orders.

- Build strong relationships with purchase departments and decision-makers.

- Follow the complete sales cycle — Lead Generation → Enquiry → Quotation → Negotiation → Order → Payment Collection.

- Regularly follow up with existing and new customers for repeat business.

- Be highly proactive, persuasive and do everything ethically possible to convert opportunities into orders.

Required Skills:

- Steel industry/product knowledge preferred.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Confident, presentable and energetic personality.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation ability.

- Comfortable with cold calling and daily sales targets.

- Hungry for business and capable of independently generating orders.
