We are looking for a Business Development professional with 3+ years of experience in the Interior Design / Commercial Interior Fit-Out industry.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
  • Must have a good network of corporate clients and industry contacts.
  • Experience working with corporate clients, architects, PMCs, consultants and developers.
  • Ability to independently generate leads, conduct client meetings and bring new business.
  • Experience in proposal preparation, negotiation and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B leads and commercial interior projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.
  • Conduct client meetings and understand requirements.
  • Follow up on proposals and close business opportunities.
  • Generate repeat business through existing client relationships.
