Assistant Account Manager

Qualification: B.com/M.com/MBA 

Experience: 6 years+

Location: Mahim

Key Responsibilities:

Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Balance sheet finalization and audit coordination

Handling direct & indirect taxes (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)

Ensuring statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance.

Managing day-to-day accounting, controls, and MIS.

Coordination with management for financial reporting, analysis, and decision support

Liaison with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and other third parties.

Managing import transaction with landing cost, import remittance, import 

Supporting business teams on commercial and compliance matters as required

Ensuring ROC Compliance.

Managing cash flow and budgeting.

Additional Preferences & Required Skills:

Exposure to trading companies preferred

Strong command over compliance, reporting coordination

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working closely with senior management

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, dashboards, Power BI, Macro sheets) and ERP systems

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills4
