Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Duties:
- Manage daily invoicing, billing, and entry of income/expenses.
- Maintain up-to-date entries in Tally or accounting software.
- Follow up with clients and vendors regarding outstanding payments.
- Assist with basic GST, TDS entries, and monthly bank reconciliation.
- Back-Office & Administrative Duties:
- Organize, scan, and maintain paper and digital filing systems.
- Handle incoming emails, calls, and routine office correspondence.
- Track office supplies, stationery inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Support management with daily operational and clerical tasks.
