Job Description

Experienced Account cum Admin Assistant required in Corporate Gifts Manufacture



Timings:- 10:00 to 19:00

Distance from station :- 5 mins, Malad (W)

Saturday Full working

Task to do :-

a. Timely updating sales, purchase & other transactions in Tally , Excel and manual collection book

b. Preparing of sales invoices with e waybill & timely sending LR to the customers

c. Timely payments to the suppliers and job workers.

d. Keeping records and follow ups for payment and collections

e. Co ordinating between office & CA for timely return filing.

f. Bank work like cheque deposit slips, NEFT RTGS & others

g. Making Salary of the staff as per sir's guidelines

h. Day to day filing of papers and keeping the office upto date.

i. And all other work related to account & admin to be done with help of other staff cum assistants.

Interview time 11:00 to 4:00 hrs
