🎯 JOB SUMMARY

Nanuan's is looking for a responsible and hands-on Store Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our automobile workshop/store.

The candidate will be responsible for automobile spare parts, car accessories, inventory, billing, invoices, and coordination with workshop staff. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of car components and vehicle maintenance.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

📦 Stock & Inventory Management

• Manage daily inventory of automobile spare parts, components, and accessories.

• Receive, check, and properly arrange incoming stock.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required parts.

• Maintain records of stock movement, shortages, damages, and replacements.

🔧 Workshop Coordination

• Coordinate with mechanics and workshop staff for spare parts requirements.

• Issue required components, tools, and accessories for vehicle repair jobs.

• Maintain proper records of parts issued and used during vehicle servicing.

• Support smooth coordination between the store and workshop.

🧾 Billing & Invoicing

• Generate invoices and maintain billing-related records.

• Update billing and stock data accurately.

• Check purchase and sales entries and maintain proper documentation.

• Ensure records are updated on a regular basis.

👥 Staff Management

• Supervise store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.

• Ensure proper discipline and smooth functioning of store operations.

• Guide staff regarding stock handling, arrangement, and documentation.

🚘 Automobile Parts & Accessories

• Maintain knowledge of commonly used automobile components and car accessories.

• Assist in identifying the correct parts required for vehicle repair and maintenance.

• Support customers and workshop staff with basic product information.

The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and comfortable working in an automobile workshop environment.

Candidates with knowledge of car spare parts, accessories, vehicle maintenance, inventory management, and billing will be preferred. The ability to coordinate effectively with mechanics and workshop staff is important.

💰 SALARY

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
