Sales & Marketing Executive

Opulenza Bakers, a premium bakery brand under Opulenza Group, is expanding its team. We have 3 openings:

1. Bakery Chef — Location: Parwanoo, HP (Factory-based role)

Will work directly at our factory unit (equipped with a 4-storey oven), handling day-to-day production. Must know how to make our range of handmade cookies and biscuits, including Honey Oats Jar, Almond Biscotti, Chocochip, Almond Biscuit, Naan Khatai, Besan Khatai, Badam Khatai, and Kaju Khatai, while maintaining consistent quality and taste across batches.

Requirements: prior factory/bulk bakery production experience (not just home baking), hands-on cookie/biscuit-making skills, strong hygiene and quality control practices, ability to manage production schedules.

2. Operations Head — Location: Parwanoo, HP (Factory-based role)

Will work directly at our factory unit, overseeing all factory operations, including:

Packed stock management

Opening and closing stock

Raw material tracking

Production planning and monitoring

Returns handling

Dispatch coordination

Requirements: prior experience managing a manufacturing/production facility (food industry preferred), strong organizational and leadership skills.

3. Sales Executive (Field Sales) — Location: Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Ambala, Kharar, Himachal, Pinjor, Parwanoo, Kasauli, Zirakpur

Responsible for field sales of Opulenza Bakers' handmade cookies and packaged biscuits — visiting retailers, building relationships, and growing distribution across the assigned territory.

Requirements: must own a personal vehicle (mandatory), prior field sales/FMCG experience preferred, good communication skills.
