Job Description

Relationship Executive 

 About the Role 


We're looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Relations hip Executive to become an expert on our EdTech platform, GoEdukify. 


This is not a target-based sales role. 


Key Responsibilities 


  • Learn and understand the GoEdukify platform in detail. 
  • Explain product features and workflows to prospective clients whenever required. 
  • Coordinate with the Sales team during product demonstrations and client discussions. 
  • Work closely with the Content Creator to help develop accurate product-related content. 
  • Perform basic testing of newly developed features and share feedback with the development team. 
  • Collect client feedback and suggest ideas to improve the product and overall user experience. 
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
