Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Company: Pentagon Packaging
Position: Sales & Marketing Manager (Mono Cartons)
Industries: Pharma, Cosmetics, FMCG
Experience: 5-8 years in packaging sales (mono cartons / folding cartons preferred)
Location: Himachal Pradesh ( Paravnoo, Chandigarh , Panchkula )
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and grow existing accounts in pharma, cosmetics and FMCG
- Meet procurement, packaging development and brand teams, and manage enquiries through to order closure
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and follow up on payments
- Coordinate with design, production and quality teams on samples, artwork approvals and delivery timelines
- Track market trends, competitor pricing and customer requirements
- Submit monthly reports on sales, pipeline and targets
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- Proven track record in selling mono cartons or other packaging
- Existing contacts in pharma, cosmetics or FMCG companies
- Knowledge of board types, printing and finishing (lamination, foil, UV, embossing)
- Understanding of pharma packaging compliance is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel for client visits
