✔️ Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable destinations and packages

✔️ Prepare customized itineraries and quotations

✔️ Handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and add-ons

✔️ Provide cost-effective travel solutions and explain package details clearly

✔️ Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person

✔️ Maintain proper follow-ups and build strong client relationships

✔️ Coordinate with operations team, vendors, and suppliers

✔️ Stay updated with destinations, offers, and travel trends

✔️ Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

✔️ Handle pressure during peak seasons and manage multiple client requirements

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔️ Strong sales and customer-handling skills

✔️ Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)

✔️ Knowledge of itinerary planning and travel products

✔️ Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and manage multiple clients

✔️ Comfortable using computer systems, WhatsApp, and online tools

✔️ Detail-oriented and organized approach
