Financial Advisor

We are hiring for Financial Advisor – Development Manager role with SBI Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.

• Explain suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions to customers.

• Recruit, guide and support Financial Advisors/agents as per the role requirements.

• Achieve business and sales targets through customer and advisor development.

• Attend customer meetings and team/office meetings when required.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers and advisors.

Requirements: • Minimum 12th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Candidates should be comfortable with customer interaction and sales activities.

• Mandatory examination/licensing requirements must be completed as applicable for the role.
