Senior Tele Sales Executive

Our is a highly regarded organization with an extensive network of over 24 branches across Tamil Nadu,we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating leads, promoting our tour packages, following up with prospective customers, and achieving monthly sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
• Contact potential customers and explain tour packages, offers, and travel services.
• Follow up regularly with enquiries and interested customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales status.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with the operations and reservations team regarding bookings and customer requirements.
• Guide and support junior tele sales executives when required.
• Monitor lead conversion performance and suggest ways to improve sales.
• Ensure timely follow-up of hot and pending leads.
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
