Job Description
Our is a highly regarded organization with an extensive network of over 24 branches across Tamil Nadu,we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting software.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with management regarding payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation and filings.
- Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial information.
- Support management with financial data and reports for decision-making.
