Area Sales Executive

Area Sales Manager - Offline Sales - We’re looking for a hands-on Area Sales Executive to build and grow our offline sales channel for an ayurvedic brand, expanding our presence across retailers, distributors, and relevant wellness/healthcare outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the offline sales strategy for the assigned territory
• Identify, onboard and manage distributors, retailers and channel partners
• Build strong relationships with pharmacies, wellness stores, Ayurvedic outlets and other relevant sales channels
• Drive sales, distribution, repeat orders and market expansion
• Manage field sales activities, targets, reporting and collections
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and channel support
• Understand local market dynamics, competitor activity and opportunities for growth

What We’re Looking For:

A result-oriented, proactive sales professional with strong market knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build a channel from the ground up.

Experience: 2–5 years in FMCG, Ayurveda, Pharma, Wellness or Consumer Healthcare sales preferred.

Compensation: Fixed basic salary plus performance-linked incentives, with the incentive structure to be discussed and finalised separately.
