Voice Sales Executive

We are hiring confident, energetic and target-oriented candidates for our Voice Sales Process at our new location in Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow.

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and explain products/services effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate sales through inbound/outbound voice calls.
• Convince and convert potential customers into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.
• Follow the defined sales process and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred; both male and female candidates can apply.
• Graduates from any stream are eligible.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong sales attitude and target-oriented approach.
• 6 months of Sales/Voice Process experience will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Training will be provided to selected candidates.

💼 Job Details:

📍 Location: Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 CTC

🕘 Shift: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

⏱️ Working Hours: 9 Hours
